GROUP FITNESS

Group training is a great way to work out with the same options of training as mentioned in the "one on one" training. For those that would like to workout with a friend/partner, this could be a great way to get in shape together! Group trainings are offered up to 4 people at a time. If you're interested in group training but do not have a friend/partner to join with, please contact us. I receive emails from individuals interested in group training regularly and could pair the two, three or even four of you up. This can also be a more affordable option. So grab a friend, and come train!

PERSONAL TRAINING 1 ON 1

One on one personal training is training that consists of training one client during the session. The first training will begin with a fitness assessment. Which includes: Blood pressure test, body fat composition test and measurements if you choose so. The trainings are meant to be convenient to the clients. This can include: In home trainings, or the studio in Ridgewood, NJ. With one on one, the trainings offered include: A focus on corrective exercise, stability, mobility, and flexibility. We also focus on cardio and conditioning, strength training, nutrition, and more!

BOXING/KICKBOXING TRAINING

Boxing/kickboxing is an excellent way to get in the best shape of your life. With emphasis on corrective stance and throwing a punch and kick properly you will get one of the most intense workouts. You will learn combination punches/kicks and conditioning exercises associated with the sports. You will get in great shape and have fun doing it too!
